Santillan, Project Leader and Dean of the CSU College of Engineering and Information Technology (CEIT) visited each of the 12 partner LGUs to conduct the series of MOA Signing Ceremonies with their Local Chief Executives and Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Officers.
“…For us to be called a Higher Education Institution funded by the state, we need to go out of our comfort zones and be of service to communities, Local Governments or other sectors of the society that need our help…so this project is aimed at saving lives and the overarching goal is to make Caraga Region flood resilient.”, said President Penaso.
